Ice can be purchased on-site at the rodeo grounds for $10 per 20-pound bag.
Tables, chairs and overhead tents are not provided and are the responsibility of the vendor.
Two (2) vendor passes are given for each reserved space. Additional passes are $10 each with maximum of four (4) additional passes allowed.
Items to be sold, distributed or displayed must be approved by the Hot Rodeo Vendor Coordinator who reserves the right to request further information, pictures or samples before the approval of this application. Absolutely NO firearms, tobacco or non-permitted alcoholic items may be sold at the A.C. Dysart Equestrian Center. Premises are secured after hours.
